Take one to two capsules per day as a dietary supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.

I have been taking these t5's since mid January and I have lost at least a stone and two dress sizes. I have gone from a size 18 jeans to a size 14, and even they are a little loose so that I have to wear a belt. I get loads of compliments. People say that they can see a difference, particularly on my face.
I usually just take one or two tablets a day, and try to got to the gym once or twice a week. But I don't do much cardio because I hate it. I haven't changed my diet much, just cut down on snacking. I still enjoy a takeaway here and there. So I am putting a lot of my weight loss down to the tablets and I am very grateful. Only drawback is that the tablets make me feel quite nauseous and make me sweat a little

I'm now half way through my second lot of 60. I take 2 in the morning with a forza green tea tablet. I have never set out deliberately to loose weight mainly these were purchased to provide me with more energy at the gym and work. I haven't been to the gym for 5 weeks as I haven't had time but I still continued to take them and stopped at weekends. I was near 10 stone when I started taking them,I'm 5'8 28 yr old female who's pretty Active running around after a toddler. I'm used to be a dress size 10 I'm now a size 8 and weigh 8 and a half stone. The super strength and green tea really supress my appetite and make me drink loads more water. Last week I was told by many people not to loose any more weight as you can see my hip bones and my hubby can fit his hands around my waist, these do work brilliantly and I cant recommend them enough to anyone :)

This is my second review after 6 weeks of usage (only taking 1 in the morning). Have so far (whilst including diet and excercise) lost just over 25lbs and ahieved a 40% reduction in body fat.

Side effects

It is normal to expect the following effects:

Increase energy
Slight increased body temperature resulting in slight perspiration.
Shakiness (present in caffeine products) especially hands (this will only last 1-2 hours)
Nausea (if not used to high doses of caffeine). Eat and drink plenty of water.
Hunger suppression (if hungry after 1.5 hours drink water, then hunger should pass).
